Kletsk Forestry Institution of Minsk State Industrial Forestry Association was started in 1939 after Belarus was unified with its Western territory, incorporating the forest-covered territories owned formerly by Poland and its landlords. It is located in the south-west of Minsk region, across the territory of Kletsk (70%), Nesvizh (27%) and Stolbtsy (3%) administrative districts.
The Forestry Institution includes 6 forestry districts, 12 forestry areas, 68 ranger sections. The institution also operates a wood-working shop and a wood farm.
The Forestry Institution is involved in forestry activities by harvesting, processing, selling timber domestically and abroad.
