To obtain a national hunting certificate, offence record and state duty card, you are required to:

- make out an application to the Director of Institution,

- provide two colour photos, size 30х40

- provide medical evidence of no psychic diseases, alcohol or drug abuse

- provide a certificate of the hunting prep course, if any

- provide a duty payment receipt for the special hunting exam

- provide a payment receipt for the national hunting certificate, offence record and state duty card

- provide a payment receipt for the hunting state duty.

Fees payable:

- 0.2 base values for the special hunting exam

- 1 base value for the national hunting certificate

- 0.5 base value for the offence record and state duty card

- state duty to the amount of 1 base value for each effective year of the national hunting certificate

Currently, 1 base value is 35,000 Belarusian rubles.
